Supply Manager

A reputable company in Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes. This position requires someone with exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Supply Manager will be responsible for overseeing our supply chain activities, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and distribution. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Source suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment processes to ensure adequate stock levels
- Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers/vendors to achieve cost savings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within an organization
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software is preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$ per month
