We are a busy and popular restaurant in Salalah, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and front of house team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including managing staff, inventory control, and scheduling
- Train and develop new employees to maintain high quality service standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Implement cost-cutting measures to increase profitability
- Create weekly schedules for employees based on business needs
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

City:
This position is based in Salalah, a beautiful coastal city known for its stunning beaches, historic sites, and vibrant culture.
