Radio Technician

We are a reputable broadcasting company based in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking an experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. This is an urgent position and we offer a competitive salary of 1000$. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment and systems such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and control consoles
- Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of all radio equipment
- Coordinate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of all broadcasting systems
- Keep accurate records of all equipment repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in radio technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of radio technology, equipment installation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field preferred
- Certification in radio technology or related field is a plus

Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit as the job may require lifting heavy equipment.
