Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Dubai)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as food hygiene regulations
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and train a team of restaurant staff, including waiters/waitresses, chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team
- Proven track record in managing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free) + benefits package including accommodation
