We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. Salary: $1800/month

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items
- Maintain a positive work environment for all staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant operation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
