Temporary Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, maintaining inventory and supplies, and handling customer concerns.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 12 pass level
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
- Train and manage staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation
Salary: $1100 per month
This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
