Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Ajman. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure that the machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running efficiently and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machines
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary materials for production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

As an Indian English speaker, you will have an advantage in this role as most of our team members are also from India. If you have experience operating specific types of machinery such as CNC machines or injection molding machines, please highlight it in your application.
