Job Title: Machine Operator



The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following company procedures and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable)
