Part-time Office Assistant


We are seeking a proactive and efficient Part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with data entry, typing, and filing tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and tracking expenses
- Help with event planning and coordination

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid visa to work in Isa Town

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. We also provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
