We are in need of a reliable and efficient Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for extra income or balancing other commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1400 per month.
Location:
The office is located in Isa Town, Bahrain.
Note:
This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Isa Town or nearby areas. However, applicants from other locations are also welcome to apply.
