Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently hiring for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600$ per month
This position is open to individuals without prior work experience. Applicants must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
