Entry-Level Excavator Operator

As an Entry-Level Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials. You will work under the supervision of more experienced operators, learning the skills and techniques necessary for successful excavation projects.

Your main duties will include operating the excavator safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating parts, as well as reporting any malfunctions or issues to your supervisor.

To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of construction principles and be physically fit to handle the demands of operating heavy equipment. You should also have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

No prior experience is required for this entry-level position, but a valid driver's license is necessary. Training will be provided on-the-job by experienced professionals.
