We are currently hiring a skilled Barber to join our team at a busy and modern salon in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for men's grooming and be able to provide high-quality services to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling to clients
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after use
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service
- Upsell additional services or products to clients when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or trade school certification in barbering preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a barber in a salon or barbershop setting
- Proven track record of providing high-quality services to satisfied clients
- Knowledge of various hair types, styles, and face shapes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid barbering license
