Construction Project Manager - Mecca, Pakistan



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Mecca, Pakistan. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or prior experience. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ and provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project progress
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget and timeline
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate progress updates with stakeholders including clients, management, and team members
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality of work and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu/Hindi (English proficiency preferred but not required)
- Must be willing to relocate to Mecca, Pakistan
