We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning to completion. As Construction Manager, you will collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You must have a thorough understanding of construction methods and regulations in the Middle East region. Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects is required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets and ensure expenses stay within approved limits.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols for all construction activities.
- Supervise on-site personnel and provide guidance when needed.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare reports on project status, including costs, timelines, and any issues or risks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards a common goal.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
