Indian Construction Manager in Mecca

We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prepare reports for management on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Must have a valid visa to work in Mecca
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
