We are a well-established restaurant in Sharjah seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our operations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry. Knowledge of Malayalee or Egyptian cuisine is preferred but not required. This position is open to all nationalities and offers a competitive salary of 1300$ with no accommodation provided.
