Sales Representative


We are a growing retail company looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Jizan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and methods (cold calling, networking, social media)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or quotas
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
