Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings or negotiations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in local laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful outcomes for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- Fluent in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Proven experience working as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the legal system in Abu-Dhabi
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
