Construction Project Manager


We are searching for a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Jizan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project deadlines are met
- Manage project budget and report on financial performance to stakeholders
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specific tasks
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with team members to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience working on large-scale projects is preferred
