Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Jizan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects. As our Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of the project from start to finish. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
- Oversee project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
