Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine in El-Ain
A well-established restaurant in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to showcase their skills and creativity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Indian cuisine kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your role will also involve maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, as well as ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Expertise in Indian cuisine with knowledge of traditional spices and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A creative flair with the ability to develop new dishes while also maintaining consistency in existing menu items
- A strong understanding of food costs and budget management
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
