Indian Executive Chef - El-Ain


We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and a passion for creating delicious and authentic dishes.

Responsibilities:
-Develop menus that reflect traditional Indian flavors and incorporate modern techniques
-Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality and presentation standards are met
-Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
-Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
-Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
-Manage kitchen budget and control costs to maximize profitability
-Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff, to create a seamless dining experience for customers

Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
-Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
-Skilled in menu planning, recipe development, and creating innovative dishes
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
-Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:
-Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
-Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or 10 years as a Sous Chef in an Indian restaurant setting
-Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
