A luxury hotel in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate individual to showcase their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Develop new menu items that reflect current trends and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food production
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of dessert preparation techniques and ingredients
- Creative flair with the ability to develop new recipes
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred
