Pastry Chef
As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads for our restaurant in Riyadh. Your main duties will include managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and overseeing the production process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all pastries are prepared in accordance with food safety standards and that they meet customer expectations in terms of taste and presentation. Additionally, you may be required to train and supervise other pastry staff members.
To excel in this role, you should have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of different pastry techniques. You must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Creativity is key in this role as you will be responsible for developing new recipes and creating visually stunning desserts. Experience in a similar role is preferred and knowledge of Indian pastry techniques would be an advantage.
As our ideal candidate, you should possess an eye for detail and have a strong understanding of flavor profiles. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with other kitchen staff members. This role requires someone who can work independently but also collaborate well with others.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
