Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our Vianden office. Your main duty will be to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for our company. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and identify potential clients. This is a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Salary: 1200$
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (accommodation provided if needed)
