Job Title: Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a positive attitude.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for organizing and filing documents, as well as coordinating meetings and events.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and be able to type at least 50 words per minute. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with both clients and colleagues on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision. A high level of attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
