Our busy restaurant in Jizan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and promoting open communication.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Create schedules for staff according to business needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary:
