We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared according to menu specifications and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner and work towards resolving them promptly
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and monitor waste to maximize profitability
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones
- Monitor financial performance against budget goals and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge in Jizan. We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation.
