UX Designer vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

UX Designer
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs. Your main objective will be to create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will also conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with developers to implement your designs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders
- Work closely with product managers to align design with business objectives
- Develop personas, customer journey maps, and other UX deliverables as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design or related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary: 1400$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Rayyan (Indian nationality preferred)
