Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Ar-Ruwais


As a Restaurant Manager in our busy and dynamic establishment in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. Your main objective will be to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage all front and back of house staff
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance
- Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary requirements
- Implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Must hold a valid work visa for Ar-Ruwais
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
