Entry-Level Machine Operator


We are currently hiring for an entry-level machine operator to join our team in Clairvaux. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1500$. Experience is not required as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications (not required):
- Previous experience working with machinery or in a manufacturing setting
- Technical or vocational training in machine operation
