Administrative Assistant - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
As an Administrative Assistant in our rapidly growing organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. Based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, this role is perfect for an experienced professional who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
- Prepare and maintain various documents and reports, including financial statements and expense reports
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned by management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow within the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam (Indian nationality preferred)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa to work in Saudi Arabia without requiring company sponsorship
Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month (based on experience) plus benefits including health insurance.
