Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Vianden

As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Vianden, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. This is a seasonal position with a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising all staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Overseeing the preparation of food and drinks according to our menu standards
- Monitoring sales and revenue targets to meet financial goals
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German or French is a plus)
- Must have reliable transportation

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Vianden, a charming town known for its beautiful castle ruins, located in northern Luxembourg.
