Restaurant Manager - Vianden, Luxembourg
As a Restaurant Manager in Vianden, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be in charge of managing staff, developing and implementing new menu items, maintaining inventory levels, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Your duties will include hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure smooth service. You will also handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise. As a Restaurant Manager, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service standards, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement new menu items based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Train employees on food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health codes.
- Hire and schedule staff to cover all shifts efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Must have knowledge of restaurant management software such as POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Must have strong problem-solving abilities.
Education:
A high school diploma is required; however, a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month, without accommodation.
