Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include operating the loader safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance on the equipment, and following all safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and other heavy machinery, good hand-eye coordination, and strong communication skills. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are also required for this position.

As a Loader Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring materials are properly loaded onto trucks and unloaded at designated locations on construction sites. You will need to have a strong understanding of how loaders work and be able to operate them with precision. This includes being able to accurately measure materials, adjust loading speeds, and safely maneuver around obstacles on the site.

In addition to operating the loader itself, you will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, inspecting equipment for any potential issues, and reporting any necessary repairs or replacements. You must also follow all safety protocols at all times to ensure your safety as well as that of your coworkers.

We are looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is also required for this position. The successful candidate will need to have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and stamina as this is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy loads.
