Dietitian

We are a leading healthcare facility in Sharjah looking for a qualified and experienced Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing personalized dietary advice and treatment plans to our patients, with the goal of promoting overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized meal plans for patients based on their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary needs.
- Providing ongoing nutrition counseling and education to patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
- Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition science to continuously improve patient care.
- Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary requirements, and food science.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting medical data and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.

Salary: AED 1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed. We offer accommodation for non-local candidates. Students interested in gaining practical experience are also welcome to apply.
