We are hiring for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and budgeting
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must have a valid work permit for Qatar
Salary:
