Administrative Coordinator for International Company in Lusail, Qatar
Our rapidly growing international company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an administrative coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Communicate with clients and partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with Lusail area is preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month
