A reputable construction company in Khasab, Oman is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various construction projects by providing accurate measurements and data related to land boundaries, topography, and existing structures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify and establish property boundaries, topography, and existing structures.
- Use advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data.
- Prepare detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data for project planning.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that structures are being built according to specifications.
- Provide technical support to project teams regarding land surveying matters.
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during fieldwork.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using advanced land surveying equipment and software.
