Excavator Operator



We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Ajman. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction or mining activities.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Conduct pre-operation checks on the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities
- Use hand signals and radio communication to coordinate movement with other equipment operators and workers on the ground
- Use the excavator's bucket or shovel to dig trenches, load trucks, or move materials
- Adjust hand wheels and foot pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets or shovels
- Operate controls to manipulate the boom arm, stick, and bucket of the excavator
- Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to make sure the machine is working properly
- Keep accurate records of daily operations including fuel usage, hours worked, and materials moved

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience operating an excavator
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina for working long hours in adverse weather conditions

Salary: $1000 per month
