Barista - Doha (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a bustling coffee shop located in the heart of Doha, seeking an experienced and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink prepared
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Suggest menu items and offer recommendations based on customer preferences
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must have own visa (Indian nationals preferred)
- Must be able to work without accommodation
