Entry Level Baker

As an entry level baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods for our bakery in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and looking to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment. No previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. You will work under the guidance of our experienced bakers and receive on-the-job training to develop your skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for doughs and batters
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality of products
- Assist in decorating baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Learn techniques for shaping different types of breads and pastries
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced bakers
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
