Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures. You will be based in Remish, and your salary will be 1500$. This position is suitable for men with experience in the field, who are willing to work with their own visa and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons to ensure quality work and timely completion of projects
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the team
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
