Handyman for Property Maintenance


We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our properties, both residential and commercial. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in various trades.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants or property managers
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general handyman work
- Skilled in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and instructions
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi would be a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Ar Rumaythiyah. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are currently residing in the city.
