Entry Level Merchandiser


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and increase sales. This is a contract position ideal for students or individuals without prior experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and implement displays according to brand guidelines
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight products and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising plans
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Participate in product launches and promotional events

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in college preferred
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of retail or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month
