We are hiring a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals who have communication and swallowing disorders. Your main responsibility will be to assess and treat patients of all ages, from infants to adults, in order to improve their speech and language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments to evaluate patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Developing personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
- Implementing therapy techniques and exercises to help improve speech and language skills
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, in order to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Educating patients and their families on how to continue therapy exercises at home
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Experience working with both children and adults with various communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
