Sales Associate


As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products. You will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring that their needs are met. This position offers a salary of $1600 per month and is located in Jeddah.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed
