Agronomist

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to improve agricultural production, managing crop development projects, and providing expert advice to farmers. The ideal candidate should have a degree in agronomy or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on different crops to improve production methods
- Manage crop development projects and ensure their success
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to farmers on improving crop yield and quality
- Monitor soil conditions, water usage, and pest control measures to ensure optimal growth of crops
- Develop strategies for sustainable agricultural practices
- Train and educate farmers on new technologies and techniques for farming
- Stay updated with latest industry developments and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agronomy or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Agronomist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of crop development methods and techniques
- Familiarity with sustainable farming practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers from different backgrounds
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
