Personal Trainer



Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, creating customized workout plans and providing guidance and support to help them reach their desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, limitations, and current fitness levels
- Develop personalized workout plans based on client's individual needs, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises
- Instruct clients on proper exercise form and technique to prevent injury
- Monitor client's progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide nutrition advice and recommendations for healthy eating habits
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to continuously improve training methods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain exercises to clients
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Ability to modify exercises for different fitness levels or injuries
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit in Al-Malikiyah
- Physical stamina for leading multiple training sessions per day
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
